The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Village Electors will be held Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 7:00pm.
The meeting will take place at the Port Williams Community Centre (1045 HWY 358), in the Auditorium.
The agenda incudes:
- Presentation of the Harold B. Legge Volunteer of the Year
- Presentation of the Village and Water Utility Consolidated Financial Statements
- Election of two Village Commissioners
- Report from the Commission chairperson
- and more
Village electors may nominate, be nominated, and cast ballots for a seat on the Commission, and raise new business.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign in and confirm elector status to receive your ballots.
An elector is a person resident within the village entitled to vote at a municipal election, and who will have resided in the village for at least six months immediately prior to the village election.
